Lindsay is a Registered Architect, Registered Builder and the Principal of DMG, which he established in 2001. His professional experience has been gained across a number of large architectural practices, allowing him to develop significant design, construction and project management skills. His project experience is vast, comprising a suite of apartment developments as well as a number of private luxury homes locally, in the South West and in Northern parts of WA.

Leisha is a Registered Architect with complete project experience over a range of sectors including luxury residential developments, private commercial and hospitality projects. Involved from inception to completion, Leisha is integral to the design, documentation and contract administration of her projects. These include Eden Beach Club, Tradewinds Hotel, and numerous luxury private residences across WA.

Sarah is DMG’s Senior Interior Designer. With 15 years experience in the industry, she has worked extensively on luxury residential, boutique commercial and high-end retail projects for an array of VIP private clients in New York, London and now Australia. Previously a Registered Architect, her valuable experience and knowledge is drawn upon to ensure a high standard of design coherence throughout projects.

Originally from the UK, Andy Hopkins has lived in Perth for the last 14 years and is now a very proud West Australian. He is a recognised name in the business world, although he likes to keep a low profile. Andy has been very successful in building a large property portfolio here, in Europe and the UK. He is also known for his entrepreneurial skills in building and managing large operational businesses. He has a new found love of the South West in Swings & Roundabouts. Andy bought this business 4 years ago and has spent considerable time and money on the brand to turn it into one of Margaret River’s best venues, which recently won an award at the WA Tourism Awards.
Andy has owned a house in Geographe Bay for some time now and after the council rezoned this area he saw an opportunity to create something unique and fabulous. “To start with, I felt so fortunate to be able to live in such a unique location, but now to be able to create such an amazing building right on the beach in Dunsborough for people to enjoy. After all, who wouldn’t want to wake up to that view? Residents will be able to listen to the waves crashing, and sample the best food and coffee this area has to offer with everything right on their doorstep!”
